Construction of the full electrical and instrumentation package, including:

Engineering services

ACCURATE provides engineering services including project material take-off, design review, detailed engineering, preparation of workshop drawings and typical installation details, electrical and instrumentation consultation, and updating of approved-for-construction drawings into actual as-built drawings.

ACCURATE's services are provided with the necessary expertise and efficiency to ensure maximum profitability, consistent with high-quality performance for the customer.

Project management

Project management is ACCURATE's core business, covering every phase: initiation, planning, execution, control and close-out. This includes budgeting, estimating, planning, cost control, risk analysis, quality assurance and control, communication, checking of non-conformances, and proposing corrective and preventive actions up to project hand-over.

ACCURATE also performs services on a long-term basis under call-out contracts for overhauling and revamping works, shut-down periods, maintenance and modification activities, and construction works needed by the projects departments of running plants.

Predictive maintenance services

Condition monitoring puts you in the driving seat to prevent breakdowns actively and to optimise maintenance resources where and when they are needed.

A predictive maintenance solution opens up new possibilities for companies: data from sensors monitoring machine condition is reviewed automatically to pick up patterns that indicate a possible fault in MV and HV power assets.

Supply and provision of material

ACCURATE has wide experience in supplying material and equipment for electrical and instrumentation construction activities.

This can include material specification review, confirming compliance with project standards, proposing alternatives, inspection during the manufacturing process, and attending factory acceptance tests.

Testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning

ACCURATE has a strong arm in all test, pre-commissioning and commissioning works. This includes electrical tests such as primary and secondary injection, hi-pot tests, relay setting and coordination, and instrumentation tests such as pressure tests, calibration, loop tests and function tests.

ACCURATE also provides highly qualified supervision and direct professional trades for construction and commissioning phases on a hiring basis, in accordance with customer requirements.
